How I make my Easy banana cake

Banana cakes are easy to make, and mine is no different. But I dare you to find a more moist and delicious banana cake anywhere. All you need to make mine are the following ingredients. Once you have gathered the ingredients, your next step is to follow the instructions carefully. And in no time you will have your own banana cake to munch on. happy baking.

½ cupunsalted butter (room temperature)
¾ cupSugar (I prefer brown sugar; it enhance the color of the cake)
3large ripe bananas (mashed)
2Eggs (room temp)
2 tablespoonsMilk (room temp)
1 ⅛ cupsall-purpose flour
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
1 teaspooncinnamon powder (optional.)
1 teaspoonbaking powder
1 teaspoonbaking soda
1/2 teaspoonSalt  


Preheat oven to 170°C / 340°F.
Place softened salted or unsalted butter and sugar in a large bowl. Then use a balloon whisk to cream them until light and fluffy.
Add in the eggs, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until combined.
Add in mashed banana and mix well.
Lastly, sift the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda into the mixture and use a spatula or whisk to fold everything together.
Pour batter into a square or round cake pan (8x8x2 1/4), and bake for 55 mins to 60 mins; or when a skewer or a toothpick which was inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
