Fudgy brownie with coconut and almond

How I make my fudgy brownie recipe

This fudgy brownie recipe is super easy to make. I used a box of fudge brown mix as the base. Then I added my eggs, spices, coconut oil, and water. Lastly, I folded in my coconut flakes and my roasted sliced almonds,

  • One 18 oz box of fudge brownie mix
  • Two large eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 water
  • One teaspoon nutmeg
  • One teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup roasted sliced almond

Stir brownie mix, water, coconut oil, nutmeg, eggs, and vanilla extract until just blended. Fold in coconut flakes and sliced almond one at a time. Then, spread batter in an 8-inch pan. Bake for 40-45 minuted, depending on your oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out almost clean.
