Chewy White Chocolate Chip cookies


  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • One tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • Two cups of white chocolate chips
  • Wet Ingredients
  • Two eggs at room temp
  • One tsp vanilla extract
  • One cup unsalted butter at room temp


  • Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
  • In a large-size mixing bowl, sieve the flour, salt, and cinnamon powder-then whisk and set aside. 
  • Next, in a separate large-size mixing bowl, cream the butter.
  • Next, add the sugar and mix until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Next, add the eggs one at a time, and mix until the mixture is smooth.
  • Next, add the flour mixture and mix until almost combined.
  • Afterward, fold in 1 1/2 cups of the chocolate chips with a spatula. Save the remaining half to sprinkle over the cookies.
  • Next, use an ice cream scoop or a spoon and drop the cookies two inches apart on the prepared cookie sheet.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 360 degrees for ten minutes. 
  • Remove cookie sheet from oven.
  • Then sprinkle the remaining 1/2 of chocolate chips over the top of the cookies.
  • Bake cookies for another three minutes.
  • Allow cookies to cool for ten minutes, then remove to a cooling rack.
