Fudge Brownies


  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips 
  • One cup of packed brown sugar
  • Two eggs
  • Two tablespoons of water
  • One teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder


  • Please turn on the oven and allow it to preheat to 350°F. 
  • Then line the bottom of an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Heat vegetable oil and 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat. 
  • Stir occasionally until fully melted. 
  • Next, remove the saucepan from the heat.
  •  Stir in the brown sugar. 
  • Allow the mixture to cool slightly-stir until the mixture cools. 
  • Then stir in eggs, cinnamon powder, vanilla, and two tablespoons of water. 
  • Next, stir in flour, cocoa, and salt. 
  • Stir in the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. 
  • Next, pour batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake brownie for 35-40 minutes. 
  • Allow the brownie to cool completely before cutting into squares.
